Terms & Conditions

• L'OCCITANE VIP card is solely valid at all L'OCCITANE boutiques located in Singapore (except DFS) and it is not a credit card or charge card.
• This card is the property of L'OCCITANE Singapore Pte Ltd (the company) and must be returned upon request and terminated if members do not comply to our terms & conditions.
• The company reserves the right to alter the terms & conditions without prior notice and make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
• The company is entitled, at any time in its absolute discretion, without providing any reason or notice, to withdraw or terminate this programme.

Membership

• To qualify as a L'OCCITANE VIP member, simply purchase a minimum of S$180 worth of L'OCCITANE products in a single receipt at L'OCCITANE boutiques.         
• Membership application is valid only on the day of transaction at the same boutique.
• L'OCCITANE VIP card is a lifetime membership card and is for points accumulation. The related benefits given to members are according to our latest rewards programme.
• Membership and its related privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the VIP Member for purposes outlined in the programme.
• Each member is entitled to only one VIP card. Any replacement of lost or damaged cards will be charged an administrative fee of S$10.
• Members are responsible to notify L’OCCITANE Singapore Pte Ltd of any changes in name and/or address. Proof of changes to personal information is required.

Accumulation of Points

• Every S$20 spent at L'OCCITANE earns you 1 point; including your initial purchase.

          *Points will not be granted to purchase amount settled by L'OCCITANE Gift Certificates / Vouchers / Coupons.

• Members must present their L’OCCITANE VIP card at the time of purchase to accumulate points; points will not be awarded after the transaction is closed.
• Points are accumulated solely for gift redemption and are strictly non-transferable.
• All accumulated points are valid until 31 March of every year.
• Points not redeemed cannot be carried forward and will automatically be forfeited.

Points Redemption

• Presentation of L’OCCITANE VIP card and Identity Card are required as identity proof during gift redemption.
• Once the transaction of points redemption has been made, it may not be cancelled and points deducted will not be reversed.

Gift Certificates

• Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months from the issue date and is valid at all L'OCCITANE boutiques located in Singapore (except Takashimaya Dept Store and DFS).
• It cannot be used in conjuction with other promotional offers and is not entitled for promotional free gift.
• It is valid for one transaction only and must be presented before payment.
• It is not redeemable for cash or points; no change will be tendered.
• Torn, damaged or photocopies of the Gift Certificate will not be accepted.
• The company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the Gift Certificate.
